We have outlined our brand elements. Now we will see how to apply them to various mediums to maintain consistency. Precision is a superpower.

Print Ad

These visuals on the right are not strict templates. Agency creatives design according to what fits the concept at hand. Naturally, the guidelines in this book inform our creatives without restricting creative freedom.
The mandatories are:
Logomark
Place in the top right corner, or embedded large within the campaign visual.
Fonts
Use brand fonts.
Highlight Element
Include a highlighted element to create a spark in the visual.
Branding Bar
Horizontal bar at the bottom to contain the logotype and tagline, and other terms and conditions if necessary.

Buntings

Similar to print ads, buntings are designed according to specific concepts. Therefore, the image on the right is an example of a bunting, but creatives have room to be design these according to the concept at hand.

Powerpoint
Deck

Our PowerPoint templates keep presentations on-brand. Various pages have been designed to cater to various needs within the organisation. The colours and layout are already set.
Just use Fira Sans font and add visuals and text to tell our story. Templates get us on point faster and without a sweat.

Cards

Keep it simple. Just our logo on one side and all business card information on the other side, as shown on the right. Our tagline is on the bottom left corner of the information page. The digital design and printed design look the same.

Email
Signature

Keep it simple. Just our logo on one side and all business card information on the other side, as shown on the right. Our tagline is on the bottom left corner of the information page. The digital design and printed design look the same.

Letterhead

On the letterhead, the logotype is on the top left and the logomark on the top right. The contact details sit just below the logomark. The tagline is on the bottom right corner, aligned to the last line of the text box. Margins are important in letterheads, and please ensure all text or content is within the red box.

Envelope

Keep envelopes simple. Just a logo on the front and back. The back also contains our address, contact details and our tagline.

Uniforms

When we want GP employees to be easily identifiable, a t-shirt in white or a GP primary colour with our logo on the chest area is suitable. Can be paired with a jacket for extra formality and consistent visibility.
